Easy Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

One Bowl Banana Bread: The Perfect Mess-Free Recipe for Delightful Treats!!
Make this easy banana bread in one bowl for a delicious treat that's sure to please both kids and adults. You can customize it with ingredients like coconut sugar or maple syrup for a healthier option, and even add fresh or frozen berries for extra flavor. Whether you're a seasoned baker or just starting out, this recipe is simple to follow and can be adapted to suit your taste and dietary preferences, making it perfect for your next baking adventure.

Ingredients:
3 medium Ripe Bananas (4 if you use the mini bananas)
100 grams Butter (we use Nuttelex dairy free spread but Coconut Oil works too)
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1/2 cup Raw Sugar
2 1/2 cups Plain Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 cup Chocolate Melts (we use Sweet William dairy free melts)

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F)
1. Mash the bananas with the butter, it won't matter if it doesn't look super well mixed.
2. Add the eggs and vanilla then give it a light mix.
3. Stir in the sugar.
4. Add in the flour and baking powder, no need to sift or premix, just dump it in then gently fold until the mix is almost combined.
5. Lastly you can add the chocolate pieces and fold until everything is combined.
6. Tip the batter into a prepared loaf pan and add some chocolate melts to the top.
7. Bake at 180 C ( 350 F) for approximately 30-40 minutes, I suggest checking on it at 30 mins then keeping a close eye on it. It should be golden brown when finished and bounce back when pressed lightly.

It's super yummy warm but much easier to cut if you let it cool down...if you can wait!!
